Job Description:

In this exciting role you will be part of our Customer Happiness Team managing our customer enquiries to build the best-in-class customer support services to our global customers. Our Customer Happiness Team delivers a quick and quality engagement with our customers, that goes beyond expectations, focused on delivering satisfaction for our customers and for Few-Sec.
This is a flexible working time role, you are based at home and work at your own hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries pertaining to orders, payments, shipping, vouchers,… from Few-Sec customers via email
  • Provide first contact resolution according to standard operating procedures, follow up and respond back to customers via email
  • Update case details appropriately via Freshdesk and Google spreadsheet
  • Meet KPIs including: number of resolved enquiries daily, average handling time, first contact resolution rate, email response rate, customer satisfaction score
  • Ensure accuracy in information when communicating to Few-Sec customers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and Few-Sec users
  • Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
